Just wanted to note that I found a fun new site and put it as a link! :
It's from the Catholic Educator's Resource, under Current Issues, their collection of orthodox articles on Feminism. It was the find of my day yesterday! :)

LOL!! You kill me. You know why? Cause that's EXACTLY what I would've done. I realized after I sent it. I was like... crap, what if she opens it before Christmas? And then I thought, well I'llmake it obvious it's a christmas present and lavishly decorate the package. And then I also thought, hey, it's her present - if she wants to open it when she gets it then she darn well can! hehehe, gotta love it.
My uncle for thanksgiving send me a card, and then a postcard where i was supposed to write the date. ""*ALL*" I want you to write is the date, and drop it in the mail." I think we both can see where this was going. I clearly wrote a little note along with the date on the card and signed my name. Then I went! oh no! So I whited the whole thing out except for the date, and mailed him a two page accompanying letter explaining why I wrote my one sentence on the post card, the trauma I went through trying to figure out if that would matter when I realized my mistake, and then finally my rationale for whiting it out and sending him the apologetic epistle.
:p
